Shipping policy

All orders ship within 3-5 business days. 

You will receive a confirmation email/text once the order has been shipped.

If you receive a damaged product , take a photo within 24 hours to show the damages.

Occasional delays can occur with the shipping carrier and Arky Sparky is not responsible for delays outside of our control but we will assist with tracking.

Arky Sparky does not ship to P.O BOXES

We offer free local delivery to customers with 25 miles of business address and for orders over $75.  Local delivery is available 7 days a week between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
